fairly complicated, involving, bots, us deepstate, pol tactics.
i spent about 3 hours on it.
am itching to write a summary on twitter.
and highlighting the important twists. but that'll take like 1 hour.
it's a significant example of the complexities of info war, bot, ai, pol tactics.
I'll outline why it's interesting.
The account is only 8 months old but got 133k followers.
The account, is pro democ party account. However, the interesting thing is, it may be actually trying to fuck the democ party by posting brainless pro-democ rants.
The account, after several people's digging in past months, turns out, is linked to a account from a company selling social influence, in Belgium. (unproven)
Also, the account, used a photo, that nobody so far can surely identify, or be certain it's ai generated.
Now, there's a guy named dom lucre, who began to fight this erica marsh, about a week ago or more.
Very ugly spat, exposure of supposed ugly past came up, of each, also involving other accounts helping, one or the other side.
Also fbi is called, and lawsuit is claimed coming.
But, it seems, that outrageous claim on the supreme court decision by erica, made it very big.
And this morn, suddenly, dom lucre claims that erica is actually real person. And dropped his promise of forth coming exposure.
then, in the thread, another guy, greg boulden, posted his digging thread, and claimed that erica is fake, from the belgium marketing firm, etc.
then, sometimes around here, erica account got ban'd.
and don lucre started to claim, he was playing 4d chess, and posted several things to prove it.
basically, that's what happened. and from my view and timeline.
now, there's quite a few very interesting things going on.
one is, the reverse pol tactics.
used by both the guy who is behind erica marsh, and by dom lucre.
let me take religion for example.
suppose there's religion x and y and you are pro x, anti y.
but u create a account to post brainless outrageous pro-y rants, with the desired effect that, it'll fuckup y. at least u hope.
so far, we dunno who hired to create erica marsh.
and there's no sure proof, that the erica marsh is intened to help x or y.
and, we do not know, what is the actual effect.
now, that's the reverse pol tactics that's interesting.
part of info war, persuasion, marketing, brainwashing, studies.
now, the AI part.
we dunno, if erica's profile photo, at least 2 of them, r ai generated.
and also note, she's paid account.
so, at least elon musk know, which credit card paid it.
now the deepstate part.
obviously, the whole thing, is about deepstate, usa pol.
