Is the article you are reading on Wikipedia a current event? e.g. ukrain war, afgan war?
Is it political topic? Such as gun, gay, abortion, election, trump?
Is it a well know subject among american or english speakers, such as human rights, or slavery, democracy, or other right?
Is it a currently topic in vogue, such as gender, or programing language such as rust?
if so, you cannot trust it, at all.
it'll taint your brain.
now, if the topic is esoteric, for example, some american president little known and not mentioned in news in past 10 years, or it's china history that english speakers never heard of the subject, or it's physics, math, chemistry (but not in the news such as some new discovery, recently died mathematician, etc), then, the article is trustworthy, as a starting info.
