Harrahs↗ casino chain. I'm not sure what's the significance of the casino's appellation, but the casino decided to use jesters as its mascot. Some Las Vegas casinos choose to be august like that of Caesars palace, some choose to be baroque (e.g. Venetian), some magnificent (MGM Grand), some decadent (New York, New York)... Harrahs wants to jest. Look at its very well-done gargoyle-like figureheads jutting out on top of the entrance.
