Seashell: Conus Imperialis Shell
These shapes of shells are generally called cones. Cones are decorated with great variety of patterns on the surface. The other type with great patterns are called cowies.
This is the Imperial Cone (Conus Imperialis). It is a very hard and heavy shell. It measures about 7 cm. Note the pattern and texture on the shell. It feels great to touch.
