海賊王 One Piece, Model Figures

This is spectacular. Colorful characters, interesting stories. Think of one Japan anime/magna (that's Japanese cartoon/comics/animation). Of all, this one, called One Piece, is the most successful, sold more, in history.

One Piece (海賊王, ワンピース), is the title of the comics. It is a story of pirates. And, there's this guy, who spent hundred thousand dollars, and collected some thousands of model figures.

In USA, action figures are crude, typically for children. Not so in Japan. They are made of the highest quality, material, and detail, with whatever latest technology in plastics, molding, painting. Some are even custom made. Typically, a good one costs $80, up to $200 a piece.

One Piece (Wan Pīsu) is the best-selling manga series in history. Written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda (born 1975), beginning in 1997.

btw, the ones in the picture above, you guessed, are the “bad guys”. The bad guys, are always more fun to look at.

The little guy, Chopper, is a reindeer. He is the doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates.

“Soul King” Brook is a skeleton that the Straw Hats found on board of a ghost ship after drifting into the Florian Triangle.

Carue the duck is the ride of Nefertari Vivi (princess of Alabasta).

Gol D Roger (GolD Roger), is the former Pirate King. He is killed in the beginning, and begins the story.

Enel, has long earlobe, hanging in front of his chest.

Sadi is Chief Guard of Impel Down. She is sadistic, but often comical.

Dracule “Hawk Eyes” Mihawk is the Greatest Swordsman. One of Royal Seven Warlords of the Sea.

• Boa Hancock (aka snake princess, pirate empress) is one of the Royal Seven Warlords of the Sea. She is a Gorgon, and has 2 sisters who are fat and ugly. Hancock likes Luffy.

• Edward Newgate (aka whitebeard) is the captain of Whitebeard pirates. “The Strongest Man in the World” and “The Man closest to One Piece”.
• black mustache, “Flower Sword” Vista. Commander of Whitebeard pirates.
• Fire Fist Ace is a sworn brother of straw-hat Luffy.

Note: Mermaid Princess Shirahoshi is of the mermaid race. She is huge. Look, she is holding the human Monkey D Luffy in her hands.

“Ghost Princess” Perona is the former “Wild Zombies”. She is able to produce ghosts from her body through the powers of the Horo Horo no Mi.
