Replacing WILL BE to IS

• Starting to remove the phrase “will be” in programing tutorial.
• It is an annoying part of english grammar.
• Replacing it with “is” or other present tense verb.

before: If ..., the compiler will complain.

after: If ..., the compiler chokes.
