This is planned to be a editted version of the Official Lojban Reference. I edit it as i read the whole book. Basically, i try to edit it for clarity and concision, without eliding any actual content. The editing is somewhat oriented towards readers who are familiar with basic concepts of mathematics and programing.
As of now, no editing has been going on, except that some chapters are broken so that each section is on its own page.
The (original) Official Lojban Reference is at
http://lojban.org/publications/reference_grammar.html.
