2010-08-13 Hydros Sim Rules ‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗ The following document will act as printed rules for the Chthonic Syndicate combat sim and provide a fair and fun environment by being as un-restricted as possible allowing for open use of next generation tech and weaponry. ‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗ General Rules: ☽No Hub/Spawn camping ☽No Av Flying ☽No Sit Hacking ☽No Shields ☽No Invisiprims That Render The Avatar Invisible. ☽No Griefing Tools ☽No Soliciting/Recruiting/Advertising ☽No Harassment/Disrespect of Any Person ☽No Avatars or Mechs with HP Infantry Rules: ☽No Impact Grenades (Exception for underslung rifle grenades.) ☽No Disabling The Pre-jump Animation ☽No Animations That Offest The Avatars Hitbox ☽No JumpPacks/Grav Packs/Boost Packs...etc, That Exceed 75M's In Vertical Movement With No Forward Velocity. ☽No Prim Shooting ☽No non destroyable landmines ☽No barricades or prims to block entrances or doorways ☽No Explosives Greater Than 5M Sensor Range For Attached Weaponry(Rifles, Rocket Launchers...etc) ☽No Explosives Greater Than 10M Sensor Range For Designated Munitions By Infantry(Artillery/Mortar Designators...etc) ☽No Diverolls Must Exceed A Max Distance Of 10M's ☽Max Ammo of 200 Rounds For Hand held Machine Guns/Rifles...Etc ↳Reload Being .5 Second For Every 10 Rounds. Aircraft: ☽Aircraft (Troop Transport/Dropships) May Only Drop Troops That Were Onboard At Takeoff, Medicing From Aircraft Is Forbidden ☽Aircraft May Not Use Seeking Munitions Of Any Type ☽Aircraft May Not Directly Bomb The Spawn Area Of Both Sides ☽Aircraft May Not Be Armored ☽Max Munitions Dropped/Fired At Once Will be the Following ↳Fighter: 4 Bombs/2 Rockets/Reload of 5 to 10 Seconds ↳Bomber: 10 Bombs/8 Rockets/ Reload of 15 to 20 Seconds ↳Munitions Exceeding 5M sensor Range May Only be Dropped Once Every 15 Seconds, Max Range Being 10M Sensor Range ☽Aircraft may not use direct fire weapons on infantry unless fired upon first (Excepting Dumbfire Rockets) Anti-Tank: ☽No Anti-Tank Munition May Exceed A Max Damage Of 75 HP Per Hit ☽Anti-Tank Weaponry Must Have A Fair Reload Time Based On The Amount Of HP Damage Done ↳Example: 50HP = 5 Second Reload/ 75HP = 7.5 Second Reload Armored Vehicles: ☽Vehicles May Not Exceed An HP Count Of 100HP ☽Armored Vehicles Must Take 1 HP Damage Per Physical Hit, No Exceptions ☽Armored Vehicles Can Be Repaired By Infantry Outside Of The Vehicle And By Other Repair Vehicles, Not By The Driver Or The Tank Its Self. ☽For The Love Of God, Keep Tank Speed Limited, They Are Not Sports Cars.
