Tokugawa Eclipse foulplay incident

Summary: i was traveling in Viktel Aria. Saw one purple-tiger (Talia Liotta, in a tiger avatar). Then i started to shoot it. It ran to outlaw camp in Aria Plains. It bites me down and captured me. Then outlaws (Tokugawa Eclipse) from the castle came, and brought me in to the castle dungeon. I called for help , and many sister came to rescue me. I was killed before sisters came. During the fight, the outlaws are outnumbered. Tokugawa removed his meter and calls it invalid giving the reason that he saw sis flying..
Throughout my RP with Tokugawa, i find him unpleasant. In the RP, he “threats” about ban or calling admin (in IM), or says in a unpleasant way that i'm “not a good RPer” whenever there's misunderstanding or the RP or Gor play doesn't seems to fit his ideal. He killed me without good reason, an act many sister tribes object (it is ok with me though). However, his removing of his meter and baseless accusation that he saw sis flying, indicates to me that he probably often break rules so that he can have his ways.
