Tessie Gray Abuse of Admin Power

Summary: Tessie Gray, a acquaintance, banned me in Panther Ridge because she claims that i tp'd out of the sim not from the tp point. I have in fact tp'd from the tp point. All the evidence she told me is that she claims that her sisters don't see me tp out at the dock. (note: she did not actually claim, that any person, saw me tp out not from the dock) In fact, when i went to the dock and tp out, there is nobody on the dock. I tried to talk to her otherwise, but she banned me anyhow.

Tesse is a acquaintance. We've been in the same panther group at Panther Coves sim (now non-gor) for few months (around 2007 May). She has captured me and RP'd interrogation of me 2 or so times (because at the time, our panther tribe split into 2 territorial factions as a experiment to increase excitement for the players, since the sim's outlaw camp moved away.). Me and Tesse also had bow fight practices numerous times too. We have not made much personal IMs though, but nor did we had any argument. The only, possibly unpleasant incident between us up to this ban, is one time she's having a bow fighting training session at some location (a non-gor sim i think), where it has zombie game scripts. I logged in and followed the tribe notice/lm to the location. (at the time, Panther Cove sim becomes non-gor, and lots tribe sisters moved out. The tribe is in limbo and without a home) She and about 4 other sisters and acquaintances are there (if i recall correctly, they are newbies and i don't know any of them). Out of curiosity, i clicked/activated the zombie game and many zombie target rezzed with menacing cries, effectively disrupting her talk/training session, but unintentionally. She shouted at me something slightly rude if i recall correctly. I said sorry and tp'd out. This is the last we've seen each other. (long story short… the tribe we were in, Pa Ra Tor or something, at Panther Cove, after many months of internal problems, finally fell apart and the sim becomes non-gor. I spend about 4 months playing about 8 hours a day in that sim with sisters there, but to my disappointment, the effort and friendship fell apart. (Far too much drama between members in that tribe))

Although me and Tesse never made closer friendship, but i consider her at least a acquaintance and not mutual potential foe. The fact she banned me just like that rather surprised me. I find this ban incident to some extreme degree a abuse of power for many aspects. (1) She has no prove or any possibly reliable evidence (or witness) of her claim that i tp'd out not on the dock. How can i possibly defend myself if i truely, really did tp out from the dock?? (2) From a humanity point of view, we all in sl for fun. We are mutual acquaintances. Even suppose i did tp out of the dock, it a trivial infraction in gor. Strictly, there are perhaps hundreds of such violations every day, and probably a significant portion during large battles. Why would she invoke the seriousness of ban?

Of this incident, i'd say Tesse Gray either had some prejudice against me and never liked me, or, she's just average people who does not have good understanding of justice systems and rules.

Addendum 2007-11-09

Tesse i could forgive. She is not the primary problem. The primary, is Adrian.

When i IM'd Tesse, she tells me Adrian gave the go. When i IM'd Adrian, she says talk to Tesse because Tesse ban'd me.

Of my 8 months in gor, there are a lot of cheaters, drama, arguments, bad person. If i have to name the number one asshole/cheater/bad-person, that would be Adrian Serapis.
