Hello Xah,

I've reviewed the case and the bottom line is that we have received
multiple complaints about activity that is in violation of our policies,
and that we have taken action according to those same policies.  I
apologize if you feel that this is unfair or the result of a third
party's attack on you, but we must uphold our policies.
