Now there are two sociological phenomena that go on in mathematics. One of them is this idea that computers are anathema to mathematics. This is a mistake. It's a fundamental intellectual mistake. You don't have to take that from me; just look at what's going on in the field, look at the fact that the best mathematicians use them.
